Please select the "Mail question..." menu item in the Help Menu.
You can show context help by pressing F1.
In most places, you can press F1 to show help on the currently focused item. Context help is also available in the menus.
If a small popup context help is shown, you can get more information.
When you press F1, usually a small popup window is shown. This window displays information about the currently focused item. If you press F1 again, then main help window opens with additional information.
You can run 1st TurboRun every time Windows starts.
Use "Run this program when Windows starts" option in the Shell Options to open 1st TurboRun on Windows startup.
You can activate 1st TurboRun window from any program by pressing "Win+;" keyboard shortcut.
Use Keyboard Options to customize this shortcut.
You may see these tips using main menu and in the programs help.
Click "Show tip of the day..." menu item in the Help Menu.
You can speed up activation/deactivation of 1st TurboRun window, by disabling the window animation.
Turn off "Animated activation" and "Animated minimization" options in the TurboRun Options.
To move the caret to the beginning and to the end of the edit field use Ctrl-Home/Ctrl-End shortcuts.
Home and End keys are used to scroll the application list.
You can expand working space by removing header or toolbar.
Turn off "Show header" or "Show toolbar" options in the View Menu.
You may see a list of keyboard shortcuts that work in both entry field and result list.
Use "Keyboard shortcuts" menu item in the Help Menu.
You may open an actual location of the program file.
Once you selected the desired program in the result list, select "Find target" in the File Menu or Search Results Box Context Menu.
You may delete unnecessary files or folders from within 1st TurboRun.
If you locate unnecessary file or folder, select "Shell context menu" in the File Menu or Search Results Box Context Menu. This command opens Explorer context menu for this item. Then select "Delete".
You may speed-up 1st TurboRun by excluding unnecessary folders from search.
Click "Include" button on the Toolbar to open Include Folders Menu. In this menu, you can select which folders to include into the search.
You may quickly add any disk or network folder to search with 1st TurboRun.
Click "Include" button on the Toolbar to open Include Folders Menu. In this menu, click "Add folder..." item.
Searching program by the company name may be easier than by the program name.
For example if you have several Notepad-like applications installed with names like MegaCompany Super Notepad or MicroCompany Better Notepad etc., then typing "notepad" will show two similar items, but typing "mega" will show the desired item only.
You may easily locate the program that you have just installed, but could not locate, because it uses company name for the program group.
You may easily locate all recently installed programs by clicking "Show items added/modified in" in the View Menu and selecting "This Day" or "This Week".
You can turn off information balloons, shown on program minimization or when program starts at Windows startup.
Use "Show information balloons" option in the Help Menu to turn balloons off or on.
Use Esc key to minimize 1st TurboRun window into the tray.
Pressing window close box by mouse will minimize 1st TurboRun window too.
You can quickly include/exclude folder from search using keyboard.
Press "Alt+I" keys to open Include Folders Menu and then press underscored letter of the desired item. When you customize the menu, you can set your own underscored letter by using & symbol before the desired character in the menu item title.
You don't need to hide 1st TurboRun each time you launch a found item.
If you prefer to hide 1st TurboRun window when you launch a found item, then you should check "Auto-minimize on launch" option in the View Menu. If this option is on, then 1st TurboRun will hide itself automatically, when you launch a found item.
You can turn off the splash screen displayed while 1st TurboRun loads.
You can turn it off in the TurboRun Options.
If you don't want to keep 1st TurboRun in the system tray, you can put it to the Quick Launch bar.
If you need to access 1st TurboRun rarely and agree to wait a little each time while it starts, then you can open Shell Options and turn off "Run this program when Windows starts" and turn on "Create a Quick launch icon" and press OK. Now you can call 1st TurboRun when needed by using its Quick launch icon.
